How do I pay?

Clickatell holds an account with Silicon Valley Bank, so if you are in the US you can easily make a deposit into this account. Under certain circumstances we may need to wait for funds to clear before we issue credits. This may take up to 3 working days. You will be responsible for covering your own bank fees on any wire transfers. In the event of cheques being deposited, it may take up to 10 working days for funds to clear.

Please note: We will require proof of your deposit before we can credit your account. Please e-mail proof to payments@clickatell.com. Please be sure to include your Client ID or Username in this e-mail to avoid delays.
