Even though SMS is pretty self-explanatory, it wouldn’t hurt to have literature available on your website regarding your customers’ safety and privacy and even your code(s) of conduct.

  4. Are you providing your customers with the education they need to see the full benefits of using your SMS service? Will it save them time and the cost of traveling? Do they know that they can interact with you while on the move, from any location where there is coverage?

    Your bulk SMS campaigns and/or services can be improved if you provide the necessary education that your current and prospective customers need to both trust and use your service efficiently. This can be as simple as having an FAQ section on your existing website, dealing specifically with your SMS service.

  5. Incentive
  6. There’s one thing every consumer either directly or indirectly asks when considering an investment in a new product or service: “What’s in it for me?” Well, what is in it for them? Can you provide a discount service, a more efficient service or even give them something for free?

    Remember that you benefit when your target audience opts for bulk SMS communication from you as it saves money on marketing and communication costs and potentially also increases your sales. Giving something in return will make it a worthwhile operation for all your current and prospective clients.

While a vast number of tips and tricks that can be used to increase your bulk SMS efficacy exist, the above three represent some of the corner stones of an effective strategy.
